Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns to achieve ROI and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing paid campaigns (SEM, social ads).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization is a plus.

Advertising Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling advertising space and solutions to businesses, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients to sell advertising solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Develop customized advertising proposals based on client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure campaign success.
